在阴透水分的高密度播种小区里,用塑料瓶采集土柱样品的方法可以测定不同苗床整地处理中的种子分布位置(Seed location)。把土柱样品切成两半后,借助于解剖镜可以确定种子的分布位置。尽管这种技术可能会低估埋入土中的小颗粒种子在各层中的比例,但这种方法可以进行大量的取样分析。
In densely translucent, high-density plotted plots, samples collected from soil columns in plastic bottles can be used to determine the seed location of various seedbed preparation sites. After cutting the soil column sample in half, the position of the seeds can be determined by means of a dissecting microscope. Although this technique may underestimate the fraction of small particles embedded in the soil in each layer, this method allows for a large number of sample analyzes.
