实施精准扶贫项目倾斜支持 省水利厅定点扶贫工作成效显著

河南省水利厅自2012年9月在范县开展定点扶贫工作以来,按照省委、省政府“深入开展项目、产业、智力扶贫”的总体部署,以农业增效、农民增收为目标,积极组织实施“扶贫工程”。厅领导带领机关有关处室负责人,多次深入范县调研,制定扶贫规划,研究探索多渠道、多层次、多形式的帮扶办法和措施,在项目资金上给予了重点支持,推动了当地的经济社会发展。1领导重视,组织健全2012年8月份,水利厅接到省委、省政府关于定点扶贫的 Henan Province Department of Water Resources since September 2012 in Fan County to carry out targeted poverty alleviation work, in accordance with the provincial party committee and government “to carry out the project, industry, intellectual poverty alleviation” of the overall plan to agricultural efficiency and peasant incomes as the goal, Actively organize the implementation of “Poverty Alleviation Project ”.
