2002年9月末10月初人民银行昆明中心支行调统处组织云南省部分地市州人行调统人员,对全省非国有企业的贷款满足情况进行了调查,分析了当前云南省金融机构对非国有企业贷款方面存在的一些问题,并提出相应的建议。一、调查样本的选择为了使样本企业具有充分的代表性,能够充分反映云南省非国有企业贷款需求满足的情况,我处根据经济发展水平的不同,在全省16个地市州中选择了经济较为发达的昆明、曲靖,经济发展水平适中的楚雄、大理、思茅、保山,经济发展较为落后的丽江、文山共计8个地市州作为调查区域。合理的样本区域选择,不仅使本次非国有企业贷款情况调查涵盖了不同经济发展水平的地区,而且在数量上也符合总行提出的被调查地
