目的分析社区死亡病因并探讨建立社区急救网的方法。方法通过对院前死亡病例的统计,找出社区主要的死亡原因,并运用现代急救理论和研究成果寻找解决办法。结果社区死亡占院前死亡病例中的93.29%,心脑血管病和猝死是社区死亡的主要原因。结论根据“黄金”急救理论,结合社区死亡病因分析,只有建立社区急救网才能满足社区急救的需要,才能有效降低社区病死率和致残率。
Objective To analyze the causes of community death and to explore ways to establish community first aid network. Methods Through the statistics of prehospital deaths, find out the main causes of death in community, and use modern first aid theory and research results to find solutions. Results Community deaths accounted for 93.29% of pre-hospital deaths. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and sudden death were the major causes of community deaths. Conclusion According to “Golden ” first aid theory, combined with the analysis of the cause of death in community, only community emergency network can be set up to meet the needs of community first aid, which can effectively reduce community mortality and morbidity.
