抓好党建工作、培养好社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人,是全面贯彻执行党的方针的必然要求。煤矿企业由于其自身环境较为艰苦,外加市场竞争激烈,新形势下要实现企业的阶段性目标以及可持续发展,除了靠行政的管理之外,更需要发挥党组织的政治核心作用。新形势下,抓好煤炭企业基层党建工作的着力点、扩大参与面、提高实效性,也是党建创新所面临的重要课题和努力方向。积极营造学习文化、敬业文化、和谐文化和廉政文化,以文化为推手、以党建为抓手,以科学发展为目标,形成“文化入手抓党建、服务中心促发展”的党建特色。
