创造良好的体育课课堂心理气氛,已成为当前体育教学改革中广大教师努力追求的重要教学目标之一。然而,以往对于体育教学过程中诸种心理现象的研究大都集中于学生兴趣、动机等个性心理特征方面,而对于体育教学中的群体心理现象,特别是体育课群体心理气氛的研究尚相当薄弱。本文拟运用管理心理学,组织行为学的有关理论,对体育课群体心理气氛的概念、基本特征,及其理论构架等问题作一初步分析。
To create a good psychological atmosphere of PE class has become one of the most important teaching goals pursued by the vast majority of teachers in the current PE teaching reform. However, most of the researches on psychological phenomena in the process of physical education focus on personality traits such as students’ interest and motivation. However, researches on group psychology in PE teaching, especially the psychological atmosphere of PE classes, are still rather weak. This article intends to make use of the relevant theories of management psychology and organizational behavior to make a preliminary analysis of the concept, basic characteristics and the theoretical framework of the psychological atmosphere of PE classes.
