一、前言渔业资源的调查研究是制定渔业发展规划,实行渔业科学管理的重要基础工作,为合理开发利用生物资源提供科学依据。本实习队于1989年9月11日至23日对衡水湖进行了综合调查,获取了水生生物现状的基本资料。该湖面积总共75km~2,分东湖和西湖:西湖无水;东湖又分大湖和小湖,此次只调查了东湖的大湖(32.4km~2)。二、工作方法采样点的选择考虑到浮游生物分布的代表性,共设9个点:进水口、湖中渠、顺民庄
