自2008年开始,中国建筑承建了阿尔及利亚(以下简称阿国)的TIPAZA快速路48KM项目、阿尔及利亚南北高速53KM项目以及CHERCHELL连接线17KM项目,这些项目均为高速公路工程EPC总承包项目。经过近十年的阿国高速公路工程EPC总包设计管理,我们对总包方设计管理工作的目标、对象和相关方法有了深刻地认识和理解,将其归纳为总包方设计管理三角法则,本文将对此进行系统地阐述。
Since 2008, China State Construction has contracted the 48KM project of TIPAZA Expressway in Algeria (hereafter referred to as Albania), the 53KM project of Algeria North-South High Speed and the 17KM project of CHERCHELL Link, all of which are EPC general contracting projects of expressway engineering. After nearly 10 years of EPC general contract design and management of the A-Guo Expressway Project, we have a profound understanding and understanding of the objectives, targets and related methods of the EPC design and management work, and summarized them into the Triangular Rule of EPC Design Management.
