为了选育低毒小冠花新品种,我们用~(60)Co—γ射线照射小冠花根蘖芽,照射剂量分别为0、0.5、1.0、2.0、2.5、3.0、4.0、5.0、6.0千拉德,剂量率为183拉德/分。1984~1989年进行了选育试验,从中选育出低毒小冠花新品种,经化学分析和动物毒性鉴定,其毒性(3—硝基丙酸)比西德小冠花约低48.6~51.3%,遗传性稳定,产草量比对照约高25.0~42.9%,目前已在黄土高原上示范种植。
In order to breed new varieties of low-toxic crown flowers, we used ~ (60) Co-γ-rays to irradiate the root tips of Aculus crownana. The irradiation doses were 0, 0.5,1.0,2.0,2.5,3.0,4.0,5.0,6.0 1000 rad, the dose rate of 183 rad / min. From 1984 to 1989, the breeding experiment was carried out, and the new low-yield small-crown fresh flower was bred. The chemical analysis and animal toxicity identification showed that the toxicity (3-nitropropionic acid) was 48.6 ~ 51.3%, hereditary stability, grass yield about 25.0 ~ 42.9% higher than the control, has been demonstrated in the Loess Plateau planting.
