Objective To study the injury of lung in phosgene-induced pulmonary edema mice. Methods Fifty-two BALB / C mice were randomly divided into 2 groups: negative group and exposure group. The negative group of mice with air as the control, exposure group mice given 11.9mg / L dose of phosgene, the time was 5min. Four hours after exposure, the lung wet and dry ratio and pathological changes were compared between the two groups.
