采用合金化的方式,经熔炼浇注制备了3组不同含铬量的低铬球墨铸铁。通过显微组织观察、高温氧化性试验、生长试验以及热疲劳试验研究了低铬球墨铸铁的高温耐热性能。结果表明,3组不同铬含量的试样基体上均分布着球状石墨,其孕育球化效果较好;铬含量为1.6%的组分耐热性较好,可在900℃下使用。
By means of alloying, three groups of low chromium ductile iron with different chromium content were prepared by melting and pouring. The high temperature heat resistance of low chromium ductile iron was studied by microstructure observation, high temperature oxidation test, growth test and thermal fatigue test. The results showed that spheroidal graphite was distributed on the matrix of three samples with different chromium content, and the spheroidization was better. The content of 1.6% chromium was better, and it could be used at 900 ℃.
