负荷放射性核素血管造影(SRNA)诊断冠心病,迄今尚无公认的操作程序和判断标准。1983年10月至1986年4月间1500例胸痛者进行冠脉造影,同期290例作SRNA,排除各项因素,仅以二项检查相隔不到一个月的平均年龄55岁的96(男80、女16)例拟诊冠心病病人为对象,经冠脉造影,64例至少一支主支狭窄≥70%为冠心病,其中34例有心肌梗塞史,仰卧位下作踏车试验。记录静息、运动时和恢复期心电图,每3~5min增加负荷量30W,运动持续至出现下列某一表现:胸痛、严重心律失常或出现ST段水平型或下垂型压低0.1mV并持续0.08s,运动中无症状者运动心率必须达到年龄预期心率的80%。负荷试验的每一阶段作平衡法放射性核素(~((?)9m)锝标记的红细胞)心室造影,测定左室喷血分数(LVEF)。判断SRNA的标准如下:C_1为最常用的
