目的研究高压氧综合治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法选取我院2011年1月-2014年6月130例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,根据入诊顺序分为观察组与对照组,两组均接受糖尿病足常规护理,观察组另给予高压氧治疗,对比两组治疗效果、患侧治疗前后下肢动脉血流参数及生化指标参数变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.92%与对照组78.46%比较显著较高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组FBG、PBG2h、TG、TC[(6.75±2.31)mmol/L、(8.67±3.21)hmmol/L、(0.95±0.26)mmol/L、(4.41±0.64)mmol/L]与对照组[(8.44±2.97)mmol/L、(11.94±4.61)hmmol/L、(1.16±0.20)mmol/L、(5.09±0.66)mmol/L]比较显著较低,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患侧峰流速度腘动脉、足动脉为[(0.56±0.03)m/s、(0.55±0.26)m/s]比对照组[(0.52±0.02)m/s、(0.42±0.23)m/s]显著较高,观察组患侧平均流速腘动脉、足动脉[(0.06±0.03)m/s、(0.08±0.03)m/s]比对照组[(0.04±0.02)m/s、(0.05±0.04)m/s]显著较高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧综合治疗糖尿病效果显著,具有较高的安全性,有利于促进糖尿病患者的康复,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on diabetic foot. Methods A total of 130 diabetic foot patients from January 2011 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected as study subjects. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission. Both groups were given routine care of diabetic foot. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy , Compared the two groups of treatment, ipsilateral arterial blood flow parameters and biochemical parameters before and after treatment changes. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.92%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (78.46%) (P <0.05). After treatment, FBG, PBG2h, TG, TC [(6.75 ± 2.31) mmol / L, (8.67 ± 3.21) (8.44 ± 2.97) mmol / L, (11.94 ± 4.61) hmmol / L, (1.16 ± 0.20) mmol / L and (0.95 ± 0.26) mmol / L and (4.41 ± 0.64) mmol / L] (P <0.05). After treatment, the ipsilateral peak arterial pressure and pedicled artery in the observation group were [(0.56 ± 0.03) / L, (5.0 ± 0.06) mmol / L] (0.55 ± 0.26) m / s] was significantly higher than that of the control group [(0.52 ± 0.02) m / s, (0.42 ± 0.23) m / s] (0.06 ± 0.03) m / s, (0.08 ± 0.03) m / s] were significantly higher than that of the control group [(0.04 ± 0.02) m / s, Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen treatment of diabetes significantly, with high safety, help to promote the rehabilitation of patients with diabetes, has a high clinical value.
