孕激素受体特异性单克隆抗体(MPRI)能与健康孕妇外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)产生反应,说明孕妇PBL表面具有孕激素受体。作者通过测定正常及病理妊娠和未孕妇女PBL中孕激素受体阳性细胞数及受体水平分析了孕激素受体在妊娠中的作用。作者以108例不同孕期的孕妇为研究对象,其中包括58例孕龄为3~39周的健康孕妇,9例有早产症状的孕晚期孕妇,7例有习惯性流产史的孕妇,10例产妇和10例自然流产病例,以14例健康志愿者的淋巴细胞作对照,用酶免疫测定法(EIA)检测
Progesterone receptor-specific monoclonal antibody (MPRI) can react with peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) in healthy pregnant women, indicating that pregnant women have progesterone receptors on the PBL surface. The authors analyzed the role of progesterone receptors in pregnancy by measuring the number of progesterone receptor-positive cells in PBL from normal and pathologically pregnant and non-pregnant women. The study included 108 pregnant women of different pregnancies, including 58 healthy pregnant women with gestational age from 3 to 39 weeks, 9 pregnant women with preterm birth symptoms, 7 pregnant women with habitual abortion history and 10 maternal And 10 cases of spontaneous abortion.
