改良小麦品质一向是小麦育种的重要课题.农业、粮食和食品加工业也迫切要求改善小麦品质.本研究的目的在于为小麦品质育种提供信息,为农业、磨粉和食品加工业更好地利用现有品种提供科学依据.材料与方法试验材料为当前生产上大面积推广应用的10个小麦品种.选材以地区分布为主,兼顾不同类型、熟期和产量水平.其中淮南地区6个:宁麦6号,宁麦3号,扬麦4号,扬麦3号,苏麦1号,宁丰小麦;淮北地区4个:郑州761,济南13号,徐州17号,淮麦11号.试样由有关单位提供,由江苏省农科院和无锡轻工业学院分别进行品质分析测定.
Improving wheat quality has always been an important issue in wheat breeding and there is an urgent need in agriculture, food and food processing industries to improve wheat quality.The purpose of this study is to provide information for wheat quality breeding and make better use of it in agriculture, milling and food processing industries The existing varieties provide the scientific basis.Materials and Methods The experimental materials for the current production of a large area to promote the use of 10 varieties of wheat.Selection of materials to the regional distribution, taking into account the different types, maturity and yield levels of which six in Huainan: Ning Wheat 6, Ningmai 3, Yangmai 4, Yangmai 3, Sumai 1, Ningfeng wheat; 4 in Huaibei area: 761 in Zhengzhou, 13 in Jinan, 17 in Xuzhou and 11 in Huaimai. Sample provided by the relevant units by the Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Wuxi Institute of Light Industry quality analysis were measured.
