在国有大型企业中,打造高素质干部队伍和一流职工队伍,作者根据自己的工作经验,提出几条宝贵意见:采用多种形式的思想政治教育,提高干部队伍的政治觉悟和素质修养;充分发挥党支部的政治核心作用;坚持三个依靠,不断培养高素质一流队伍;创新基层文化创建机制,提升队伍凝聚力;搞好民主监督,干部、职工共同参与管理。以上意见十分可贵,在班子建设和队伍建设方面效果明显。
