本文介绍了小径管环缝探伤胶片平面式和包裹式两种放置方式对双壁双影椭圆成像的影像长度及缺陷(φ2mm通孔)检出率的两个实验结果,得出了小径管环缝探伤双壁双影透照时,胶片采用包裹式放置缺陷检出率优于平方式布置的结论。
In this paper, we introduce two experimental results on the detection rate of double-wall double-ellipse images and the detection of defects (φ2mm through-hole) by using the two methods of flat and wrapping films in the small diameter pipe crack detection. Double-slit double-dip flaw detection through the film, the film wrapped in the defect detection rate is superior to the flat layout of the conclusions.
