患者男,49岁,农民,1985年2月无任何原因开始感头昏,疲乏无力,活动则心悸,气短,以贫血待查于1985年9月入院。 既往健康,入院前无特殊症状,大小便正常,食欲及睡眠尚好。入院检查:体温36℃,脉博70次/分,血压130/80mmHg,发育正常,腹平软,肝脾末扪及。血色素6g,红细胞194万/mm~3,白细胞12100/mm~3,中性78,淋巴20,嗜酸2,血小板11万。心电图正常,骨髓穿刺:入院前在外院
