在班主任教育管理中最麻烦的就是后进生。这些后进生有的严重违纪(打架斗殴、偷盗、迷恋网络游戏);有的大错误不犯,小错误不断,胸无大志,不思进取,厌恶学习。这部分学生给班级给学校都带来不同程度的负面影响,尤其干扰了正常的教学秩序。作为班主任首要职责就是要把这部分学生转化过来,因为这也是全面贯彻素质教育中的一部分。
