观察蜂王浆的提取物10—羟基癸烯酸(10—HDA)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。选用雄性小鼠,ig及ip给药。结果表明,给药组小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数均较对照组为低。虽然10—HDA对小鼠外周血淋巴细胞计数无明显影响,但能抑制由PHA诱导的小鼠体内淋巴细胞转化。实验中还观察了10—HDA对小鼠肾上腺Vit C含量的影响。1次给药小鼠肾上腺的Vit C含变化不显著。给药7d的小鼠肾上腺VitC含量较对照组明显增加。该结果与ACTH给药后的效应一致。实验结果提示,10—HDA对小鼠免疫功能有一定的抑制作用,该抑制作用与其促进肾上腺皮质的功能有关。
Observe the effect of 10-hydroxyarsenoic acid (10-HDA), an extract of royal jelly, on immune function in mice. Male mice were selected for ig and ip administration. The results showed that the percentage of phagocytic and phagocytic index of peritoneal macrophages in chickens administered to chicken red blood cells were lower than those in the control group. Although 10-HDA had no significant effect on peripheral blood lymphocyte counts in mice, it could inhibit lymphocyte transformation in mice induced by PHA. The effect of 10-HDA on the content of Vitamin C in the adrenal gland of mice was also observed in the experiment. There was no significant change in Vit C in the adrenal glands of mice injected once. The content of VitC in the adrenal gland of mice administered 7 days was significantly higher than that in the control group. This result is consistent with the effect of ACTH administration. The experimental results suggest that 10-HDA has a certain inhibitory effect on the immune function of mice, and this inhibition is related to its function of promoting adrenal cortex.
