目的探讨电泳法与化学法测定血清白蛋白之间的相关性。方法采用法国Sebia全自动电泳仪和美国BeckmanLx20全自动生化仪对257例随机样本进行血清蛋白电泳和总蛋白、白蛋白同步测定。以双缩脲法测定总蛋白值和电泳法白蛋白百分比推算出白蛋白绝对值再与溴甲酚紫(BCP)法测定的白蛋白进行比较,根据NCCLS评价方案,分析其精密度、线性和干扰试验。结果两者均具有较好的精密度、线性和抗血脂、抗胆红素干扰。电泳法推测的白蛋白值(41.57±6.74)g/L与BCP法测定值(40.46±6.15)g/L之间无统计学差别(P>0.05),且两者之间具有相关性(r=0.92)。结论溴甲酚紫法测定白蛋白值与电泳法推测的白蛋白值具有较好的相关性,电泳法可以替代溴甲酚紫法,且测定值更具真实性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between electrophoresis and chemical method for the determination of serum albumin. Methods A total of 257 random samples were measured by Sebia automatic electrophoresis apparatus and Beckman Lx20 automatic biochemical analyzer. The serum protein electrophoresis, total protein and albumin were measured synchronously. The absolute value of albumin was calculated by the biuret method and the percentage of albumin by electrophoresis, and then compared with the albumin determined by bromocresol purple (BCP) method. According to NCCLS evaluation program, the precision, linearity and Interference test. The results of both have good precision, linear and anti-lipids, anti-bilirubin interference. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between albumin value estimated by electrophoresis (41.57 ± 6.74) g / L and BCP value (40.46 ± 6.15) g / L, = 0.92). Conclusion The determination of albumin value by bromocresol purple method has a good correlation with the estimated albumin value by electrophoresis. The electrophoresis method can replace bromocresol purple method and the determination value is more authentic.
