信息技术和社会观念的发展,使得新闻传播的主体已经发生变化,很多普通市民开始自己编辑、发布新闻,尤其是博客的广泛应用,使市民新闻正在迅速流行开来。市民新闻降低了新闻传播的门槛,对传统新闻媒体产生了极大的冲击,同时也对主流媒体和社会作出了很大的贡献。但是它同时也带来了一系列的问题,对社会造成了负面影响。面对市民新闻的兴起,主流媒体应该建立健全应对机制,从而创建一个和谐繁荣的传播生态环境,促进传播的良性发展,提高传播的社会效果。
With the development of information technology and social concept, the main body of news media has changed. Many ordinary citizens start their own editing and publishing of news, especially the extensive application of blogs, so that the public news is rapidly gaining popularity. Citizens’ news has lowered the threshold of news dissemination, exerted a tremendous impact on the traditional news media, and at the same time, has made great contributions to the mainstream media and the society. However, it also brings a series of problems that have a negative impact on society. Faced with the rise of civic news, the mainstream media should establish and improve a coping mechanism so as to create a harmonious and prosperous communication environment, promote sound development of communication and improve the social effects of communication.
