[目的]优选芒果苷锌配合物的最佳合成工艺。[方法]以反应体系p H值、提取溶剂浓度、投料比和回流时间为考察因素,以芒果苷锌配合物的沉淀重量为指标,通过正交试验进行优选芒果苷锌的合成方法。[结果]各试验因素对芒果苷锌配合物合成的影响依次是:反应体系p H值>乙醇浓度>投料比>回流时间。芒果苷锌配合物的最佳合成工艺为A3B2C2D1,即:取芒果苷适量,溶于80%乙醇溶液中,调节p H为8.0,加入等物质的量的硝酸锌,回流2 h。[结论]筛选的合成工艺可有效提高芒果苷-锌配合物的产率,适用于工业生产。
[Objective] The optimum synthesis process of mangiferin zinc complex was optimized. [Method] The p H value, extraction solvent concentration, feed ratio and reflux time of the reaction system were taken as the investigation factors. The optimum weight of mangiferin zinc was determined by orthogonal test based on the weight of the mangiferin zinc complex precipitated. [Result] The influence of each test factor on the synthesis of mangiferin zinc complex was as follows: p H value of the reaction system> ethanol concentration> feed ratio> reflux time. Manganese glucoside zinc complexes for the best synthesis process for the A3B2C2D1, namely: take mango glucoside appropriate amount, dissolved in 80% ethanol solution, adjust p H is 8.0, add the amount of zinc nitrate and other substances, refluxed 2 h. [Conclusion] The screening synthetic process can effectively increase the yield of mangiferin - zinc complex, and is suitable for industrial production.
