目的分析对比不同赋形剂氢氧化钙糊剂对离体牙根管内粪肠球菌抗菌性的临床效果,为根管的消毒提供理论依据。方法选取60颗因矫正而拔除的离体单根管前磨牙为研究对象,随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组和4个分别加不同赋形剂的氢氧化钙糊剂试验组(生理盐水组、甘油组、樟脑苯酚组、丙二醇组),每组各10颗牙,对阳性对照组和4个试验组的离体根管进行粪肠球菌感染模型的建立,空白对照组的根管不接种粪肠球菌,所有的标本牙置于恒温培养箱中培养72h后,测定各样品的吸光度值。结果在离体牙根管抗菌性能试验第3天时,4个试验组的牙本质小管中的残留菌量较阳性对照组均有所减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验第7天时,4个试验组均显示出消毒的效果,樟脑苯酚组的消毒效果优于其他试验组,而生理盐水组的牙本质小管尚有少量的细菌残留,甘油组、丙二醇组的消毒效果差异无统计学意义。结论樟脑苯酚组的消毒效果优于其他试验组,使用的4种不同赋形剂调制的氢氧化钙糊剂均能有效抑制粪肠球菌生长,甘油组和樟脑苯酚组的消毒效果优于生理盐水组。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of different excipients calcium hydroxide paste on the antibacterial activity of Enterococcus faecalis isolated root canal to provide theoretical basis for the disinfection of root canal. Methods Sixty premolar premolars isolated from the root canal were selected and divided into blank control group, positive control group and four calcium hydroxide paste groups with different excipients (normal saline Group, glycerol group, camphor phenol group, propylene glycol group), each group of 10 teeth, the positive control group and four experimental groups of isolated root canal Enterococcus faecalis infection model established, the blank control group, the root canal is not Enterococcus faecalis, all specimens were placed in a constant temperature incubator after 72h, the absorbance of each sample was measured. Results The residual bacteria in the dentinal tubules of 4 experimental groups were decreased on the 3rd day after the antibacterial performance test of root canal, compared with the positive control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In the seventh Days, the four experimental groups showed the effect of disinfection, camphene phenol disinfection better than the other test group, while the saline group of dentinal tubules still a small amount of bacteria residues, glycerol group, propylene glycol group disinfection effect no difference Statistical significance. Conclusion The disinfection effect of camphor phenol group is superior to other experimental groups. The calcium hydroxide paste prepared by using 4 different excipients can effectively inhibit the growth of Enterococcus faecalis. The disinfection effect of glycerol group and camphor phenol group is better than that of saline group group.
