The inclusion effect of β-cyclodextrin on citral was studied. The inclusion complex was investigated by IR, GC and H PLC. The inclusion complex of β-CD and citral molar ratio of 1: 1, inclusion of citral infrared properties disappear. Impurities of citral inclusion reduced impurities, the relative content of citral increased
