溴敌隆作为第二代抗凝血灭鼠剂,越来越受到人们的重视,已广泛应用于大面积灭鼠,为掌握该药的适口性及灭鼠效果,1998年3月我们在南京进行了实验室适口性及现场灭效试验,现将结果报告如下:1 材料和方法1.1 实验室适口性试验1.1.1 药物:0.005％溴敌隆颗粒毒饵由江苏省锡山市洛社卫生用品厂提供。1.1.2 试鼠:SD大鼠20只,体重180～220g,昆明小鼠20只,体重20～22g,雌、雄各半,无外伤,无怀孕,体格健壮;饲养笼具为实验动物房正常饲喂用具。
