目的建立一种超声波辅助分散液-液微萃取(DLLME)与高效液相色谱(HPLC)联用对水样中痕量双酚A(BPA)富集分离测定的方法。方法试验中采用富集因子来评价萃取效率,考察并优化了影响萃取效率的主要因素,包括萃取剂类型和用量、分散剂类型和用量、超声时间和萃取时间等。结果在优化试验条件下,双酚A色谱峰面积与其浓度在0.002~0.2 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.9994,双酚A的检出限为0.01μg/L。建立的方法用于实际水样中双酚A的测定,平均加标回收率为88.7%~101.0%,相对标准偏差为4.4%~7.5%。结论该方法适用于实际水样中痕量双酚A的富集分析。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the separation and determination of trace amount of bisphenol A (BPA) in water samples with the combination of ultrasonic assisted liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The enrichment factor was used to evaluate the extraction efficiency. The main factors influencing the extraction efficiency were investigated and optimized, including the type and amount of extractant, the type and amount of dispersant, the ultrasonic time and the extraction time. Results Under optimized conditions, the peak area of bisphenol A showed a good linear relationship with the concentration range of 0.002-0.2 mg / L, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9994, and the detection limit of bisphenol A was 0.01 μg / L. The established method was applied to the determination of bisphenol A in the actual water samples. The average recoveries were 88.7% -101.0% and the relative standard deviations were 4.4% -7.5%. Conclusion This method is suitable for the analysis of trace bisphenol A enrichment in real samples.
