数学课程作为一门基础学科,不但能教给学生某种技能,而且对培养学生思维能力、分析和解决问题的能力也颇有裨益。但如果教学不当,会让学生感到枯燥,加上“读书无用论”等流言的影响,往往使学生厌学而成为后进生。转化后进生,为后进生注入学习动力,重建学习信心,成为教学工作中重要的一环。在转化后进生的过程中,教师对后进生的态度必须讲究,要加强与后进生和后进生家长的沟通,形成学生、教师、家长和社会四合一的动力,让后进学生在“爱”的滋润中逐步成长。
