目的:探讨5S管理在医院血透室管理中的应用效果。方法:从2014年10月开始在浙江省绍兴市人民医院血透室实施5S管理法,建立质量控制小组,制定明确的要求和相关措施,比较实施前后病区环境管理、物品随意取放率、护理差错发生率、患者的满意度情况。结果:血透室在实施5S管理法后,病区环境得到明显改善,物品随意取放率降低,护理差错发生率减少,患者满意度明显提高。结论:5S管理在医院血透室管理中应用,能改善血透室环境,有效提高医护人员的素养,对患者治疗质量及对医护满意度的提高均起到积极作用。
Objective: To explore the application effect of 5S management in the hospital’s hemodialysis management. Methods: From October 2014, a 5S management law was implemented in the hemodialysis room of Shaoxing People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province to establish a quality control team to formulate clear requirements and relevant measures to compare before and after the implementation of ward environmental management, Nursing error incidence, patient satisfaction. Results: After implementing 5S management method in hemodialysis room, the environment of ward was significantly improved, the random pick-and-place rate of articles decreased, the incidence of nursing errors decreased, and patient satisfaction improved significantly. Conclusion: The application of 5S management in the management of hemodialysis room in hospitals can improve the environment of hemodialysis room and effectively improve the quality of medical staff, which plays a positive role in improving the quality of patient care and improving the degree of satisfaction with medical care.
