《最高人民法院、最高人民检察院关于办理利用信息网络实施诽谤等刑事案件适用法律若干问题的解释》日前公布。该司法解释旨在通过厘清信息网络发表言论的法律边界,为惩治利用网络实施诽谤等犯罪提供明确的法律标尺,从而规范网络秩序、保护人民群众合法权益。
“Supreme People’s Court, Supreme People’s Procuratorate on the use of information networks to carry out defamation and other criminal cases, a number of issues related to the interpretation of the law” was announced a few days ago. This judicial interpretation aims to provide a clear legal basis for punishing crimes such as libel by punishing the use of the network by clarifying the legal boundaries of the speech by the information network so as to standardize the network order and protect the lawful rights and interests of the people.
