中国-东盟自由贸易区的建立对企业资源计划人才产生了新需求。ERP沙盘教学作为培养企业资源计划人才的有效教学手段值得推广。ERP沙盘教学优点主要体现在提高对知识的整合能力、加强知识系统性、提高学生的综合素质、激发学生的学习兴趣等方面;ERP沙盘教学要达到教学目的,就必须在提高教师的实践能力、拓宽教师的知识视野、开展ERP沙盘模拟评价体系研究等方面进行加强。
