目的比较静注ATP和心律平这两种治疗方法分别应用于阵发性室上速的疗效。方法选取2010年2月~2015年2月我院收治的阵发性室上速的患者46例作为研究对象,将其分为静注ATP组24例,应用心律平组22例,回顾性分析复律情况和不良反应。结果对照这两组患者的疗效,发现了这两种治疗方式具有不同的疗效,都具有自己的优势,但又有自身的缺点,对阵发性室上速的疗效不同。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of intravenous injection of ATP and heart rhythm on the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. Methods Forty-six patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia admitted to our hospital from February 2010 to February 2015 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into intravenous infusion group (24 cases) and heart rhythm group (22 cases). Retrospective analysis Cardioversion and adverse reactions. The results of these two groups of patients with the control effect and found that the two treatment methods have different effects, have their own advantages, but have their own shortcomings, the efficacy of the paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia different.
