班集体是最小的集体单位,班集体彷佛是一个家,其实也确实是学生在学校的家。家庭气氛的好坏,对成员的情绪影响极大,作为一名班主任,在带领学生成长和进步的过程中,如何调动学生的积极性,使其最大程度地发挥学习的主动性,是其肩负的最大的使命,也是一种应该全面负起的责任。现实情况却是班主任把管理重点放在学生成绩的提高上,把大部分精力放在学生文化课的学习上。
