本文以大豆“晋豆1号”幼苗为材料,采用溶液培养的方法,研究了硝酸镧(La(NO3)3)对大豆幼苗盐害的缓解效应及其生理生化反应。结果表明:一定浓度的la(NO3)3处理可促进一定盐胁迫下大豆幼苗的生长,使其干物质产量增加,叶面积增大,增强保护酶系统活性,降低膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量及膜相对透性,使游离脯氨酸含量增加,提高叶片光合速率,增强了幼苗对盐渍环境的抵抗能力,缓解了盐害
In this paper, the seedlings of soybean “Jin Dou No.1” were used as materials to study the alleviating effect and physiological and biochemical reaction of lanthanum nitrate (La (NO3) 3) on soybean seedling damage. The results showed that la (NO3) 3 treatment could promote the growth of soybean seedlings under salt stress, increase the dry matter yield, increase the leaf area, increase the activity of protective enzyme system, decrease the MDA content of membrane lipid peroxidation product, The relative permeability of the membrane increased the content of free proline, increased the photosynthetic rate of leaves, enhanced the resistance of seedlings to saline environment and alleviated salt damage
