吉林人民出版社在10月出版了一本《家庭中的兒童教育問題》(徐曜萱著)。这本書虽然談到了兒童教育中的一些重要問題,但它基本上是把兒童教育局限在家庭的范围之內,强調了兒童的家庭教育。譬如:关于兒童的劳动教育,書中只是提出了自我服务和家务劳动;关于互助互爱的教育,只是提出了家庭成員之間特別是兄弟姊妹之間的相互关心和帮助,而沒有把这些教育扩大到更大的集体以至整个社会生活中去。那么,这种教育是否能真正培养兒童的劳动观点和集体精神,是值得怀疑的。把兒童教育当作一种集体事業,强調兒童的社会
