科学技术是企业腾飞的翅膀——江苏金龙集团的探索

随着我国改革开放的不断深入,社会主义市场经济的建立和逐步完善,企业置身于激烈的市场竞争之中,面临着国内市场和国际市场日益激烈的竞争压力。企业依靠什么在激烈的市场竞争中生存发展呢?答案只有一个,就是科学技术! 江苏金龙集团公司的前身是太仓化肥厂,它曾因在节能降耗方面连续十年在全国同类厂中最低,三次获得全国节能先进企业,而蜚声于全国小氮肥行业。进入90年代以来,由于化肥生产原料大幅涨价而化肥价格因受国家控制上升缓慢,企业经济效益滑坡,同时在节能降耗方面的领先地位受到兄弟单位的挑战,企业陷入了困境。市场经济的实践告诉我们,企业只有运用新技术、新工艺、新方法,生产低成本、高质量的产品才能占领市场开拓市场,使企业获得广阔的生存和发展空间。企业领导意识到了这一点,决心首先从节能降耗入手,采用高新技术改造合成氨生产系统,降低生产成本,提高经济效益。企业投入415万元与航天部210所合作,在全国小氮肥行业率先运用“N0030”计算机集散控制系统对合成工艺进行优化控制,整个系统由现场级、车间级和总调度级组成。1993年3月正式投入运行。此举使合成产量提高了10%,每年增产1500余吨;全年节煤5000多吨,节电20余万度,增收节支300余万元。企业摆脱了困境,又继续追加投资,加大技 With the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening up and the establishment and gradual improvement of the socialist market economy, companies are exposed to fierce market competition and are facing increasingly fierce competitive pressures on the domestic market and the international market. Jiangsu Jinlong Group’s predecessor was Taicang Chemical Fertilizer Plant, which had been the lowest in the country for the same decade in energy conservation and consumption reduction, and had won three national advanced energy conservation enterprises. Since the 1990s, due to the substantial price increase of fertilizer raw materials and the slow rise of fertilizer prices due to the state’s control, the economic efficiency of enterprises has been declining. At the same time, the leading position in energy saving and consumption reduction has been challenged by the fraternal units and enterprises have been in a difficult position. The practice of market economy tells us that only when enterprises use new technologies, new processes, and new methods to produce low-cost, high-quality products can they occupy the market to open up the market, so that enterprises can enjoy a vast space for survival and development. Corporate leaders are aware of this and are determined to begin with energy conservation and consumption reduction, using high technology to reform synthetic ammonia production systems, reduce production costs, and increase economic efficiency. The company invested RMB 4.15 million in cooperation with the Ministry of Space 210 to take the lead in using the “N0030” computer distributed control system to optimize the control of the synthetic process in the small nitrogenous fertilizer industry in the country. The entire system consists of field level, workshop level, and total dispatch level. March 1993 officially put into operation. This will increase the synthetic production by 10% and increase production by more than 1,500 tons per year. It will save more than 5,000 tons of coal, save more than 200,000 tons of electricity, and increase revenue by more than 3 million yuan.
