New ways to do a good job in ideological and political work for staff and workers in the new period will help give play to the positive role of ideological and political work and create a harmonious and orderly working atmosphere so as to lay a good foundation for all our work. At present, to do a good job in the ideological and political work of the workers, we should start with the new changes in the new period, and adopt proper ideological and political work strategies based on the actual conditions so as to raise the overall efficiency of our ideological and political work.
