“北馨”是山葡萄与欧亚种品种杂交而来的酿酒葡萄新品种。2013年12月通过北京市林木品种审定委员会审定并定名。该品种果穗圆锥形,平均质量155.5 g。果粒近圆形或椭圆形,紫黑色,平均单粒质量3.62 g。果皮厚,果粉厚,果肉与种子不易分离。果汁绿黄色,果实具有极微玫瑰香味,可溶性固形物含量22.4%,可滴定酸含量0.64%。出汁率67.9%。平均每果粒含种子3.2粒。酿制的葡萄酒呈鲜亮的宝石红色,香气清新,具有玫瑰香气,入口甜
“North Xin ” is a new variety of grape wine grape from Europe and Asia hybrids. In December 2013, it was validated and named by Beijing Forest Variety Certification Committee.
