春、夏两季是制作桑蚕生活史标本的有利时机。制作桑蚕标本,首先要制作标本盒,标本盒的材料可选用0.4～0.6cm厚的胶合板、干木板或纸板,盒为长方体,长24cm,宽16cm,高约4cm,盒的开口可设计为:套盒、抽盒、上下两开盒三种形式,为便于直接观察,盒盖面嵌上一块长22cm,宽14cm的透明玻璃。
The spring and summer seasons are favorable opportunities for making silkworm living history specimens. To make silkworm specimens, the specimen box must first be made. The material of the specimen box can be 0.4 to 0.6 cm thick plywood, dry wood or cardboard. The box is rectangular and has a length of 24cm, a width of 16cm and a height of about 4cm. The opening of the box can be designed as : Sets of box, pumping box, open box up and down two kinds of forms, in order to facilitate direct observation, the box cover is embedded with a 22cm long, 14cm wide transparent glass.
