1月19日,中华全国新闻工作者协会第四届理事会第一次会议通过《中国新闻工作者职业道德》。 1月30日,新闻出版署发出《关于认定、查禁非法出版物的若干问题的通知》。 2月20日,新闻出版署出台1991年期刊增刊审批办法。 3月4日,新闻出版署、企业报协会在京联合表彰在企业报工作25年以上的老报人。
On January 19, the first meeting of the 4th council of the All-China Journalists Association adopted the “Professional Ethics of Journalists in China”. On January 30, the Press and Publication Administration issued a “Circular on Several Issues Concerning the Identification and Suppression of Illegal Publications.” On February 20, the Press and Publication Administration issued the examination and approval measures for supplement of periodicals in 1991. On March 4, the Press and Publication Administration and the Enterprise Newspaper Association jointly honored the veteran newspaper reporters who have been in the enterprises for more than 25 years.
