目的:了解涎腺腺样囊性癌(SACC)中Slit蛋白和其受体Robo的表达并探讨其在肿瘤嗜神经侵袭中的意义。方法:对34例SACC进行组织分型、嗜神经性分组,同时应用免疫组化方法,对SACC中Slit/Robo的表达进行检测。结果:有嗜神经现象、临床复发的SACC病例中Slit/Robo的表达较无嗜神经现象、临床无复发的病例显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:Slit/Robo在不同分组SACC中均存在不同程度的阳性表达。Slit/Robo与SACC的嗜神经性、临床复发具有密切关系。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Slit protein and its receptor Robo in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC) and to explore the significance of Slit protein in the invasion of tumor-associated neuropathies. Methods: 34 cases of SACC were classified into neuropathic group and neuropathic group. The expression of Slit / Robo in SACC was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: There was a neuropathic phenomenon. Slit / Robo expression in SACC patients with clinical relapse was significantly higher than that without neuropathies (P <0.05). Conclusion: Slit / Robo have different degrees of positive expression in different groups of SACC. Slit / Robo and SACC neurotropic, clinical relapse are closely related.
