本文报道了双烯醇的锆氢化反应.双烯醇与二分子锆氢化试剂在室温反应可以保留邻近羟基的双键,而还原另一双键,获得单烯醇.其区域选择性高达100%.这是从双烯醇合成烯醇的一种新方法,它具有反应条件温和,区域选择性高的特点.
In this paper, the hydrothermal reaction of dienoyl alcohol was reported. The reaction between dienoic alcohol and two molecules of zirconium hydride reagent at room temperature retained the double bond of the adjacent hydroxyl group while the other double bond was reduced to obtain monoalcohol with a regioselectivity of up to 100%. This is a new method for the synthesis of enol from dienoyl alcohol. It has the advantages of mild reaction conditions and high regional selectivity.
