对消炎利胆胶囊进行药效学动物实验研究。结果发现，消炎利胆胶囊可显著抑制由巴豆油所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀及角叉菜胶所致的大鼠足跖肿，并可显著增加大鼠的胆汁分泌；对小鼠静脉感染绿脓杆菌有较好的治疗作用，而体外几乎无抗菌作用。同时对０．６％ 醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应有显著抑制作用。提示消炎利胆胶囊具有消炎、抗菌、利胆、镇痛作用。
Pharmacodynamic animal studies on Xiaoyan Lidan Capsules.
