加快转变经济发展方式,是我国经济领域的一场变革,关系改革开放和社会主义现代化建设全局。“十二五”时期是我国经济发展承前启后的关键时期,既要化解过去积累的矛盾和问题,也要为实现更均衡、更协调、更可持续的发展创造条件。转变经济发展方式的任务不仅比以往更加复杂艰巨,对我国实现全面建设小康社会的目标和加快推进现代化进程具有更重要的战略意义。
Accelerating the transformation of the mode of economic development is a revolution in the economic field of our country and relates to the overall situation of reform and opening up as well as the socialist modernization drive. The “12th Five-Year Plan” period is a crucial period for the development of our country's economy. It not only needs to resolve the contradictions and problems accumulated in the past but also create conditions for a more balanced, coordinated and sustainable development. The task of transforming the mode of economic development is not only more complicated and arduous than ever before, it is even more important and strategic for our country to achieve the goal of building an overall well-to-do society and accelerating the process of modernization.
