我们长虹金属结构厂是安次区北史家务乡许各庄村办集体企业。这个厂1992年产值不到20万元,利税仅有2万元,固定资产只有19万元。企业基本处于瘫痪状态。1993年4月,村里对企业班子进行了调整,安排我到这个厂担任厂长职务。我上任后的第一件事,就是先求生存,后图发展。我亲自跑来了业务和资金,把离开的职工逐一请回,恢复了生产,企业慢慢有了生机,开始纳入稳步发展的轨道。到1995年底,企业固定资产增加到120万元,年产值发展到300万元,年利税达60万元,预计到1996年产值超500万元,利税超100万元。回顾我们这个小型企业稳步快速发展的主要做法有以下四点。一、“船小力争不调头”
Our Changhong Metal Structure Factory is a collective enterprise of Xugezhuang Village Office in Jiashi Township, Beishi District, Anxi District. The factory produced less than 200,000 yuan in 1992, profits and taxes are only 20,000 yuan, only 190,000 yuan in fixed assets. The company is basically paralyzed.
