知识的价值只有在交流中才能体现,人际情报网络就是以人为知识载体,实现人际资源传播和人际交流的平台。通过人际情报网络所获取的各种信息源是企业重要的知识来源,而人际情报网络的建立也能有效地促进企业知识共享和交流。通过四个影响因素模型的构建,具体阐述人际情报网络对企业知识获取、组织、利用和知识管理系统可持续应用的影响。
The value of knowledge can only be reflected in the exchange. The network of interpersonal intelligence is a platform that uses people as the carrier of knowledge and realizes the interpersonal communication and interpersonal communication. The various sources of information acquired through interpersonal intelligence networks are important sources of knowledge for enterprises, and the establishment of interpersonal intelligence networks can effectively promote knowledge sharing and exchange among enterprises. Through the construction of four influential factors model, this paper elaborates the influence of interpersonal intelligence network on the sustainable application of enterprise knowledge acquisition, organization, utilization and knowledge management system.
