分析了我国输欧化学品贸易情况,就欧盟(EC)1272/2008“关于物质和化合物分类、标签和包装法规”(CLP法规)的分类要求、标签要求、包装要求、通报要求及引发的REACH义务对我国化学品输欧贸易产生的影响进行了论述,并从政府层面和企业层面提出了对策建议。本期主题:欧盟CLP法规对我国输欧化学品贸易影响
This article analyzes the trade situation of China’s chemical-importing countries with regard to the import of chemicals from Europe, the classification requirements, labeling requirements, packaging requirements, notification requirements and triggering of the European Union (EC) Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on classification, labeling and packaging of substances and compounds (CLP Regulation) REACH obligations on the impact of China’s chemical exports to Europe were discussed, and from the government level and the corporate level to put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
