“五颗星,照天空,天安门,在正中,齿轮麦穗红绸绕,看见国徽挺起胸!”这首活泼明快的童谣,是北京市向社会征集的近2万首童谣中的一首。借鉴北京市宣师一附小等学校的经验,2004年6月24日,北京市委宣传部、首都文明办、市教委、团市委联合发起了征集新童谣活动。此次活动受到了社会各界的广泛关注。全市1600所小学及1430所幼儿园和社会各界人士参与了这项活动,短短一个多月时间,就征集新童谣19436首。经过精心筛选、编辑、加工、润色,有400多首优秀作品被选进了北京出版社出版的《新童谣》一书,这些健康向上、童趣盎然的新童谣已经响亮地传遍了北京市的校园。为此,中央领导对北京市采用新童谣这种儿童喜闻乐见的形式,让学生受到潜移默化教育的做法,给予了充分的肯定。

The event has been widespread concern in the community. The city’s 1,600 primary schools and 1430 kindergartens and people from all walks of life involved in this activity, just more than a month’s time, to collect a new nursery rhyme 19436 first. After carefully screening, editing, processing and polishing, more than 400 excellent works have been selected into the “New Nursery Rhymes,” a book published by Beijing Publishing House. These healthy and entertaining new nursery rhymes have spread loudly to Beijing The campus. For this reason, the central leadership fully affirmed Beijing’s adoption of a new form of kindergarten nursery rhymes and children’s subtle education.
