我国经济的迅速发展,推动了我国中等职业教育的发展,同时也对我国中等职业教育提出了新的要求。在新的历史时期,教师作为中等职业教育发展与变革的主要参与者,必须得紧跟时代的发展,不断地更新和提高自己的教学工作能力。本文作者以自己的切身体会——一名新教师向一名骨干型专业教师的转变为题材,总结出在新教师的成长过程容易出现的一些问题,并提出了相应策略,供大家参考。
The rapid economic development in our country has promoted the development of secondary vocational education in our country and also put forward new requirements for secondary vocational education in our country. In the new historical period, as the main participants in the development and reform of secondary vocational education, teachers must closely follow the development of the times and constantly update and improve their teaching and learning ability.
