采用HTU-NTU(传质单元高度-传质单元数)方法,研究了Mellapak 250Y板波纹规整填料在0.3-1.9 MPa压力范围内的传质效率。实验用精馏塔内径为0.15 m,实验物系为正丁烷/正戊烷,在全回流条件下,根据液相样品中轻组份(正丁烷)的浓度,可求出气相总传质单元高度(HTUOG)。实验结果表明,当操作压力从1.0增至1.9 MPa时,HTUOG从0.365 m增至O.551m,这表明在高压下规整填料的传质效率随压力的增加而下降,这主要归因于气相返混和液相在填料内的不均匀分布。
The mass transfer efficiency of Mellapak 250Y corrugated structured packing in the pressure range of 0.3-1.9 MPa was studied by using HTU-NTU (mass transfer unit height-mass transfer unit number) method. Experimental distillation column inner diameter of 0.15 m, the experimental system is n-butane / n-pentane, under full reflux conditions, according to the concentration of liquid samples of light components (n-butane) Texture unit height (HTUOG).
